Who We Are
Cobalt Industrial Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer of various acoustic products, audio, multimedia and telecommunication accessories. Established in 1989, Cobalt has since built up its ‘SONTEC’ brand name to be a recognized brand in the market & a product line dedicated to the educational market in 2001 under brand name ‘WISEHEAD’.
Our manufacturing facilities cover more than 200,000 square feet area and employ over 1,000 skilled employees headed by a group of professional managers. Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with a wide range of electronic, mechanical and safety testing equipment to ensure products made by our 23 production lines meet with the stringent quality & performance requirements to realize an output exceeding 800,000 units every month.
Quality Products
Cobalt has earned the reputation of providing high-performance audio products within very tight schedules. We credit our reputation to the fact that we control all aspects of the development process including design, in-house manufacturing and testing by our strict management system and quality control system according to ISO 9001: 2008 certification guidelines. To date , Cobalt has taken significant steps to meet increasingly stringent requirements for environmental preservation and has been accredited by IECQ to comply with QC-080000 which substantiates our manufacturing facilities to fully comply to the RoHS directives by adopting measures to eliminate specified harmful substances from existing products as well as production techniques.With effective and efficient management,we have also passed important audits such as Wal-mart Supply Chain Security Audit. In July 2007, our facilities were accredited to comply with ISO-14001:2004 & ensuring our customers that not only the products but the entire manufacturing process & operation adopt environmental preservation & protection policies.

Cobalt Industrial is specialized in developing and manufacturing audio accessories. Our products include audio headphones, earphones, multimedia headsets, communication headsets, mobile handsfree, kits,microphones and multimedia loudspeakers.
We have been serving ODM/OEM clients in Europe, Asia, and the US for over 20 years. Our R&D team is equipped with UniGraphics 3D and circuit design software for fast, effective support. Designs are ready in 10 days, prototypes in 20 days, and tooling samples in just 45 days.
Our mainland China plants are ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 & TS-16949 certified and equipped with 23production lines. With a monthly output of over 0.8 million units and 1,000-plus workers.
Our plants have also obtained SA8000 certificate from SAI and QC080000 certification from IECQ, which pertains to labor conditions in the manufacturing industry. This further supports our reputation in the international market as an enterprise that puts great emphasis on social responsibility.
